SENIOR PORTRAITS
Senior year is an exciting and memorable time for so many reasons, one of which is senior portraits. We have compiled a set of guidelines below to help you navigate this process. If you have any questions after reading through them please contact Jennifer Paris (Schutz) at jschutz@mcpasd.k12.wi.us.

PORTRAIT REQUIREMENTS

Deadline for submission is November 1st 2023
THIS IS A HARD DEADLINE! Please do not ask for exceptions. We are not be able to accept late photos due to our commitment to our publishers and deadlines.
Submission:
Our method of submission is through our publishers photo website. I have a button below that will take you there. It will go live September 1st and remain so until Nov 1st at 11:59 pm. All photos must be submitted as a jpeg or png and you will be able to crop them right in the program. Please make sure your file is labeled last name_first name.
Portrait Guidelines:

You must submit a portrait view from the waist up, no full body shots please. It is very difficult to see your face when the photo includes so much.

We will no longer be allowing pets or props within the photo

Sunglasses are not permitted and there should be nothing significantly obstructing the face

If you are submitting more than one pose the yearbook staff reserves the right to choose the most suitable option

If you do not submit a senior portrait by the deadline of November 1st 2022, a school ID photo will be placed in the yearbook if appropriate and available, if not your name will be added to the “not pictured” list

The staff reserves the right to refuse to publish inappropriate or offensive senior photos. We will notify you in the event that this is decided and give you the chance to submit another photo

FREE SENIOR PORTRAIT THROUGH SCHOOL
Every year the yearbook club offers free senior portraits for those students that request the service. This is done in order to make sure that every student has the opportunity to turn in a high quality senior photo regardless of their circumstances. If this is something you are interested in please click the button below and fill out the form.

Note: Form for the 2024 seniors is now live. This year's photos will be taken on Oct. 12th during ASR and directly after school. We will need for you to fill out the form no later than Oct. 7th so that we can set the schedule, email to confirm you will be coming, and get our photographers set up. We thank you in advance for getting this in on time!

It can be a daunting task choosing a photographer and many people don't know where to start. Below you will see that we have compiled a list of some local photographers and their websites to get you started. This is not a comprehensive list, there are many more out there, but hopefully it will serve as a starting point. (Don't see your photography business on the list?
